Item Description

Mineral specimens are very uncommon from this obscure limestone quarry and calcite specimens are RARE. A lustrous, light amber, doubly terminated calcite crystal is adorably perched on smaller crystals. You can barely tell, that both tips are gently cleaved. This is an outstanding and rare calcite from this locality from the Allen Penick Collection. A MUST for the species or locality collector.
