Item Description
Impressive matrix calcite from the famed Elmwood Mine. A classic, gemmy, amber prism is dramatically set on the edge of the sculptural large sparkly silicified limestone matrix wedge. The terminations on the 5.7 cm twinned doubly terminated crystal are strikingly skewed, adding much artistic flair. The small companion 1.0 cm calcite is a nice accessory. The prominent razor termination is essentially pristine, with only a very trivial tip wilber. The stubby termination is very gently bruised. These certainly have only very minimal impact to the overall highly quality and aesthetics of this classic matrix specimen.
