Item Description

This very sculptural well-placed, 5.7 doubly terminated calcite crystal looks like an unopened flower perched on the fluorite matrix. The lustrous, translucent calcite has amazingly dense parallel-growth. Smaller calcite attached on either side to the fluorite add pizzazz. Bright ghostly white fluorescence. Ex Ross Lillie Collection # 0800 and mined in February, 1991. It displays well from either side.
