A 4.2 cm, gemmy, doubly terminated complex calcite rhomb is dramatically perched atop the matrix pedestal of glassy, yellow fluorite cubes, that is festooned on both sides with pearlescent, saddle-shaped dolomite rhombs and a few gem calcite crystals. You have to look hard to tell, that one of the tips on the multi-terminated end of the rhomb is gently cleaved. It is out-of-sight on the primary viewing side. This is an exceptional and very aesthetic 360-degree calcite combination from this well-known mine. Faint fluorite fluorescence.
