Calcite and stilbite combination specimens of this exceptional quality are rare from the famous Traprock quarries of Paterson. A 7.7 cm, very glassy, translucent, colorless, doubly terminated calcite crystal is aesthetically set in a sculptural matrix of nubby, knobby, elongated clusters of translucent, olive-green stilbite, that look just like coral heads! A very fine and showy pristine combination from this noted locale.
