A wonderful, aesthetic older Namibian specimen of douby terminated bi-colored elbaite attached to a doubly terminated smoky quartz crystal. The 6.4 cm, gemmy, multi-hued green elbaite has a nifty pink termination. The major crystals of both quartz and tourmaline are essentially pristine, with only the most trivial bruise to the pinacoid termination on the tourmaline; and the smoky has only a very gently bruise on one tip. The sidecar elbaites are terminated with broken bases. Outstanding and rare combination material from this locale, with mulitple display possibilties.
