DT bi-colored Fluorapophyllite

Item Description

A dramatic, sharp, doubly terminated, tetragonal, bi-colored apophyllite crystal from Jalgaon. The very glassy, transparent to translucent, colorless terminations are distinctively different: one is a very steep sharp pyramid; with the other being pinacoidal. Typically, the middle is a pretty light mint-green. The apophyllite and stilbite side cars and bit of attached matrix add pizzazz to this 360-degree cutie. The crystal is pristine. The attachments were at the two spots of matrix. A classic and excellent Jalgaon apophyllite.
