Gemmy to translucent, bi-colored elbaites are a Himalaya classic. This doubly terminated, floater beauty is the highly desirable multi-hued "Himalaya pink" with a darker, almost cranberry-red modified termination. The other end is capped by a gorgeous, 2 mm, apple-green zone. The highly lustrous, well-striated crystal is accented with gemmy, lilac lepidolite crystals and snow-white cleavelandite blades. Complete all-around and pristine. That's a bit of putty embedded in one end. A classic and very fine bi-colored Himalaya elbaite with nifty accessories. 38 grams. Valued at $800-1000.
