Item Description
A doubly terminated, colorful, striking, multi-hued, translucent with waxy luster, pseudo-hexagonal aragonite crystal with a beautiful lavender mid-section, gray-brown terminations and a dramatic side car crystal. These impressive bi-colored floater aragonite crystals from recent finds at this Spanish locale are certainly some of the most colorful and sculptural examples in the world. The piece has been lightly cleaned with acid to bring out the bright, sparkly exterior luster, which really enhances the piece. Part of one end is contacted, but is mostly out-of-sight in the fine primary display views. A most colorful, sculptural and exotic example of a common species.
