An excellent 4-piece deal of gemmy and lustrous, amethyst crystals from North Carolina and the University of Delaware Collection. All four crystals are doubly terminated and have beautiful blush-purple to lavender colors. The three largest crystals have clay inclusions and the largest is a striking complex scepter. They are in excellent condition with only trivial contacting. The numbers match. We believe these are from the well-known and lost Tate Boulevard Industrial Park, Hickory, Catawba Co., North Carolina locality, as these crystals are similar to those shown in MINDAT. Choice and rare North Carolina amethyst, with each crystal having different form.
