Drusy Quartz on Chrysocolla stalactites (Urish Coll.)

Item Description

An enchanting fluted wall of classic chrysocolla stalactites coating with drusy, pretty powder-blue quartz. The two isolated stalactites in the middle-front are hard to see, but really add pizzazz to this nifty piece. The crest was contacted against the roof of the vug. This remains a very fine and showy example of the species and well-known locale. Ex Harold Urish Collection and obtained in 1998.
