Item Description
Classic, sharp, complete all-around, miniature, tabular, prismatic, trigonal, Dravite Tourmaline from this famous Western Australia locale. The doubly terminated crystal has rich mottled coffe-brown color, sharp faces and high luster. BRIGHT light reveals many striking areas of orange-brown translucence. Very nearly pristine, with only trivial termination edge wear. While not flashy, dravite is one of the more uncommon Tourmaline Group varietals and have fine crystal structure. Every turn highlights the high luster on the crystal faces, adding a striking visual aspect to the piece. A showy and highly representative 360-degree example with textbook crystal form. Fairly uncommon today.
