Doubly terminated twinned Calcite (ex Consie Prince Coll.)

Item Description

A showy and excellent, golden-amber, doubly terminated and twinned, calcite specimen from the famous Elmwood Mine. I particularly like the form of this piece with the gemmy single and multiple fishtail terminations. Both primary terminations have barely noticeable cleaving. A bit of edgewear is noted, but are a minimal detraction. The attachment contact on the back is totally out of sight. This is a classic and aesthetic calcite form and color from this noted locale.
