Item Description

An exceptional, very colorful and pristine doubly terminated bi-colored tourmaline from the famous pegmatites at Pech. This classy and sculptural parallel-growth, 360-degree beauty is gemmy to translucent, lustrous, well-striated and has multiple terminations on both ends. From top to bottom: the nifty, rounded, frosted, translucent terminations are a pretty soft pink; a gemmy indicolite-blue zone follows; the main body is a gemmy, rich grass-green; and the translucent to transparent basal terminations are a vivid pink. A superb, richly colored and uncommon doubly terminated tourmaline from Pech. The two sides look decidedly different, adding even more character. Fairly valued at $4000-5000 for quality and color variations.
