Item Description
A fine and excellent CABINET smoky quartz scepter from recent finds at Hallelujah Junction, Nevada. A 6.0 cm, glassy, doubly terminated, light smoky crystal rests on the pedestal of a preferentially etched, translucent, darker smoky quartz crystal. The scepter has interesting internal shading and crazing and the backside has skeletal and stepped-face features. The trivial termination edgewear is on the backside, out of sight and the very modest pedestal contacting is certainly not a detraction. This is a classic and excellent larger scepter from this locale, valued highly. Ex. Daniel Trinchillo Sr. Collection and comes with a custom made and engraved lucite base valued at $100 as a free bonus. This collector specialized in quartz!
