Item Description
Gorgeous, lilac color characterizes this stout, prismatic, sharply terminated, kunzite crystal from Nuristan. This is a doubly terminated, glassy, well-striated floater. The terminations could not be anymore different! One is extremely steep, while the other is blocky and stepped. The entire crystal is water-clear and extremely gemmy. Nearly pristine, the short edge is cleaved, but has very minimal impact on this impressive beauty. This crystal weighs 198 grams. The C-axis shots really highlights gorgeous, pink color saturation. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this fine crystal at $1500, five or more years ago. MUCH, MUCH BETTER PERSON! The gemminess and glassiness made photography difficult. Classic color for a large spodumene.
