An adorable matrix calcite from the famous Elmwood Mine. A beautiful and pristine, 6.0 cm, doubly terminated gemmy crystal is dramatically set on the silicified limestone matrix wedge. The sharp gemmy bottom termination has the highly desirable golden-amber edges with the upper termination being strikingly jagged with multiple tips. A nice bonus are the sharp dolomite rhombs on the back. The artistic quality of this cutie is first class.
