Item Description
A 3.2 cm, glassy, translucent, doubly terminated amethyst crystal adroitly set on matrix forms a striking and aesthetic matrix specimen from Brandberg. The crystal has rich grape-purple to light violet color and has a trivial bit of preferential matrix overgrowth. The amethyst is pristine. Matrix specimens of this fine quality are not that common.
