A splendent, black, doubly terminated aegirine crystal hosts an appealing cluster of smaller crystals in the midsection on this fine and highly representative example from recent finds in Mali. The terminations are pristine, as is essentially the entire large crystal. The contacts where other crystals once lay, have no damage, per se.
