Item Description

Well-crystallized quartz is UNCOMMON to RARE at the famous and now-closed Tsumeb Mine. Quartz at Tsumeb is most commonly massive. A richly lined vug is aesthetically filled with sharp quartz crystals, that are coated with a sparkly druse of pastel-pink, cobaltoan dolomite. The large crystal is 2.9 cm and the little gem, calcite rhomb on it is very cute. The overall piece is in good shape, with only a bit of periphery bruising.
