Item Description
A gem-like, 1.5 cm, glassy, dipyramidal quartz crystal is aesthetically perched on the end of a sculptural banded hematite crust covered with scintillating, jet-black, hematite blades. This showy and excellent piece is from the famous Beckermet Mine in Cumbria. A trivial bit of edgewear is noted on the quartz crystal, but is only a modest detraction.
