Item Description
An unusual complete pocket featuring crystals within of emerald-green Dioptases from the DR Congo. Old material! The pocket is about 3 cm across. The crystals are sharp and attractively clustered, and they sit, in turn, within a large single pocket coasted with drusy, sparkly Dioptase. The Dioptase is surrounded by a mm-thick layer of classic, acicular-growth Shattuckite that provides a wonderful contrast in both texture and color. This is a fine, aesthetic, and representative small-cabinet combination piece for this well-known locality.
