Item Description

Two generations of lustrous, emerald-green dioptase crystals attractively line a sculptural vug in limestone matrix on this showy, excellent and rich example from the Type Locality in Kazakhstan. The crystals reach 6 mm and the vug extends on to the back of the piece. Highly representative material.
