Superb single TRANSPARENT crystal of gemmy, extremely lustrous Dioptase. This beauty is 1.7 cm long, and sits perfectly along this Quartz vug within the Quartz matrix. Very aesthetic. The pics really say it all. It is like looking at a frozen green glass carving of a dioptase, this thing is so sharp....possibly the sharpest SINGLE CRYSTAL I can recall seeing of the species in a strict sense. Valued very highly by Charlie, and by us...but at what, auction will tell
