Dioptase on Quartz (Charlie Key)

Gemmy and lustrous, rich emerald-green dioptase crystals are aesthetically isolated on the quartz shard. Such dioptase isolation on quartz is quite uncommon from the Christoff Mine and this is a good one. The two largest crystals are 1.3 cm and one is doubly terminated. These two crystals have a bit of termination bruising from contacting, but nothing in excess. The broken dioptase crystals on the periphery are noted, but have no impact on the qualtiy of this fine and showy combination piece from the Charlie Key dealer stock. It displays well from two sides.
