An impressive 1.6 cm compound dioptase crystal dominates the matrix that is elegantly covered with numerous small dioptase crystals, nifty clusters of smoky cyclically twinned cerussite crystals and a rich coating of contrasting small pearlescent calcite rhombs. The gemmy dioptase crystals have rich emerald-green color and glassy high luster. In great shape. The large dioptase is pristine and only one bruised smaller dioptase crystal is noted. Moderate pink calcite fluorescence. A fine combination example. From an East Coast collection.
