Highly lustrous, gemmy to translucent, deep emerald-green Tsumeb-like dioptase crystals, to 1.7 cm, cover the matrix on this very rich and showy specimen from finds 2-5 years ago from this less well-known locale. Dioptase is notoriously difficult to photograh and this piece is no exception. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON.
