Dioptase

Item Description

A very good sized specimen of trigonal emerald green Dioptase from the famous copper producing region of the Kaokoveld in Namibia. Similar to Congolese Dioptase specimens in color, gemminess and quality. Not 100% perfect, but still a good representative thumbnail specimen of this contemporary classic material. Good crystallized Dioptase is only found in a handful of worldwide localities with crystals of this size and quality.
