Item Description

This is a great specimen from Tsumeb featuring good sized, sharp, lustrous, fine emerald green trigonal crystals of Dioptase on the top / display side of the piece. The largest crystal measures 2.0 cm, which is great for Dioptase from any locality. Minor orange-yellow Wulfenite can be seen on the piece as well. It's not 100% perfect, but several crystals near the center are undamaged. With the price of Tsumeb specimens rising daily, this is a great opportunity to snag a classic specimen from what is considered by most people to be the most prolific mineral locality in the world. Valued at $1800.
