Superb cluster of half a dozen sharp, lustrous, and gemmy Dioptase crystals from the famous Kaokoveld Plateau. The aesthetics of this cluster are outstanding, from the largest 1.6 cm crystal right down to the smallest. There is good separation and difference of angles, so you can appreciate the fullness of the cluster and beauty of the individual crystals, which is not always true with Dioptase. As is normally the case, there is some contacting, but the effects on the overall aesthetics are minimal. An excellent toenail or large thumbnail, with superb aesthetics. valued $600-750
