Dioptase (2 generations) on Calcite

Item Description

Two generations of dioptase cover this cute, sculptural miniature from Tsumeb. The left side is the first generation of smaller, darker green crystals while the right side is almost entirely glorious, gemmy, emerald-green crystals. A thin rind of calcite rhombs underlies the dioptase crystals on the scultpural matrix. Classic and pretty Tsumeb dioptase.
