Item Description
This classic specimen is filled with dozens of gemmy, richly colored, olive oil colored prisms of Diopside which are associated with dark greenish groups of Clinochlore on matrix. The largest crystal measures up to 4 mm, and I have photographed the crystals under the microscope to better illustrate their quality. A good reference piece of this hard to find material from the Italian Alps.
