Item Description
Diopside specimens are rare from the Koksha Valley. Seven, sharp, glassy, translucent, pretty mint-green diopside crystals are aesthetically set and scattered on the scultpural, large, massive quartz matrix. The well-placed, beautiful, large, sharply terminated crystal is 2.6 cm. Sparkly pyrite microcrystals peppered about are a nice accent. This lighter color varietal is quite rare for all of Afghanistan. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
