Item Description

Mineral specimens of any species are RARE from this obscure Quebec locale. A showy, X-shaped pair of sharp, brown, diopside crystals is nicely set on the massive calcite matrix. The 4.8 cm crystal on the right is terminated (on the bottom). Faint dark pink calcite fluorescence. Very rare material from the Robert Nowakowski Collection. A must for the species or locality collector.
