Dickthomsennite (rare)

Item Description

Dickthomsennite is a very rare hydrated Mg-vanadate and this obscure locality is host to several other rare vanadates. It is also close to the Type Locality. Spherical aggregates of translucent, acicular, yellow-green crystals richly cover the top and cascade down one edge of the blocky sandstone matrix. An exceedingly RICH and very fine example of this rare species. Comes with Carter Rich label, a respected rarities dealer.
