You don't have to be a gem / mineral collector to know about Diamonds. Everybody has seen them, everybody knows what they are. What many people may not know is that Diamonds occur in virtually every color of the rainbow (including black) and are prized for the extreme durability and fire. Crystallized Diamonds are one aspect that some people don't consider when it comes native elements (it's crystallized carbon). Here we have a really cool 10-crystal set of sharp, well-formed cubic "floater" crystals of Diamond, all measuring approximately 2.5 mm to 3 mm, and covering a nice range of colors. You can see each of them is distinctly different from the others in terms of color ranging from silvery-white to shades of yellow and green with some slight golden hues mixed in. All of the crystals show good internal translucency when backlit. The faces have good luster and the crystals look beautiful under magnification. These are good sized Diamond crystals from one of the most prolific Diamond producing nations in the world. that would make a wonderful addition to any collection, or might possibly be a match for a cut stone(s) to create a wonderful rough and cut set !
