Item Description
An unusual, very showy miniature of scintillating, brown Descloizite microcrystals pseudomorphing curved, elongated Vanadinite crystals. Interestingly, each side presents differently. The main side shows as a dense nest of the lustrous, prismatic Vanadanites pseudomorphing into the microcrystalline Descloizite, while the reverse side is a dense growth of fine, deep brown Descoloizite. Both sides are attractive and interesting. This unique-looking, two-sided pseudo is from the less well-known Aurora Mine in Chihuahua, Mexico. Rare material! ex. Dr. Wouter van Tichelen pseudomorph collection.
