Outstanding 360-degree descloizite from the renowned Berg Aukas Mine. Fantastic elongated, serrated spearpoint blades, to 2.0 cm, dramatically crest the mounded hollow matrix crust on this exceptionally aesthetic miniature. The highly lustrous metallic-like blades have beautiful areas of burnt-orange translucence. Complete all-around and in great shape. You barely notice the few broken blades. The famous Berg Aukas Zn-Pb-V mine, discovered in 1913 and worked until 1978, easily produced the world's finest descloizite specimen. Every rotation gives a totally different perspective!
