Beautiful rich grass-green, gemmy and lustrous modified demantoid garnet dodecahedrons are very aesthetically clustered on sculptural sugary quartz matrix on this very fine small cabinet from the Shields Flynn Collection. The clusters are up to 2.0 cm long and the intergrown crystals have extremely interesting stepped-growth, almost a spinel-twinned look. A very fine display quality small cabinet from the mid-2000s finds. Choice aesthetic material.
