Item Description

The Braen's Quarry in New Jersey has been a seldom collected quarry for years, but has been a source of excellent Zeolite specimens and associated species. This piece features no Zeolites, but is filled with rather lustrous, sharp, GEM/gemmy, water-green color crystals of Datolite with a few sculptural, blocky, striated, hollow "casts" after Anhdyrite on the reverse side. A wonderful example of this classic Trap Rock material. Hard to find in today's.
