Datolite w/ Apophyllite & Quartz (rare combo)

Item Description

A sharp, large, complete all-around and pristine datolite crystal from Charcas. The pretty mint-green glassy, translucent crystal has a striking rich preferential coating of small crystals, glass-smooth and frosted faces and sparkly faces with a drusy quartz overgrowth. The tiny sparkly crystals include quartz and a few rare apophyllite crystals. The largest crystal is a 5 mm, tetragonal apophyllite with a flat termination. Rare and desirable in this combination quality. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON!
