Item Description
A very hard to find specimen from the Huanggang Fe-Sn deposit in Inner Mongolia, China featuring well-formed, prismatic crystals of Datolite on matrix, measuring up to 1.1 cm long. The crystals have a gentle green hue internally, but some of them have a soft white coating on the terminations for a nice effect. Most of the crystals are in good condition, with little damage. One of the VERY few pieces of Datolite we've had to offer from this locality, so if you collect Chinese minerals, or worldwide Datolites, this is a good one to add to your collection.
