An attractive 3-dimensional combination from one of famous Traprock basalt quarries at Paterson. A sharp, 2.2 x 2.0 cm, translucent, mint-green datolite crystal dominates the undulating surface accented with smaller datolites, sharp calcite scalenohedrons to 1.0 cm and the rich covering of sparkly drusy quartz on the thin basalt matrix crust. Classic older Paterson combination material, that comes with a 1985 Charleston, West Virginia auction label.
