A cut and showy, gemmy thumbnail of Datolite from the classic locality at Dal'Negorsk. A sharp, lustrous, gemmy pale greenish-blue Datolite crystal with excellent form is associated with a few minor baby crystals near the base. It almost fooled me as a Topaz when I first looked at it due to the habit and gemminess. Very little damage, and very attractive all the way around. How often do you find good Datolite thumbnails?
