Tiny bright brassy pyritohedrons add pizzazz and contrast to this elegant and sculptural 360-degree small cabinet diverging spray of lustrous, pearlescent striated danburite prisms from the famous mines at Charcas. The modified chisel terminations add even more character to this cutie. The isolated danburite with the pyrite is 3.0 cm long and pyrite is relatively rare from Charcas. Essentially pristine, except for the acceptable basal periphery wear on one side. The world's finest danburites come from the skarn deposit at Charcas and this is an adorable and uncommon combination example from the Gary Weaver Collection.
