Gemmy Danburites are a Charcas and Mexican classic. This specimen is quite glassy and well-striated with a textbook, chisel terminations Really good quality and size for the species and the locality. These are some of the finest Danburites in the world, and should be appreciated for their size and quality. Minor associated Calcite can be seen along the base of the crystal. It's WATER CLEAR in areas, and would yield some nice gemstones. Minor edge wear, but the termination is perfect.
