A wonderful 6-crystal set of GEM quality colorless Danburite from this lesser-known pegmatite locality in Myanmar. All of the crystals are virtually water-clear and range from sharp, lustrous prisms with smooth well-formed faces to more etched examples that still retain this prismatic form. A great opportunity to pick up a mixed lot of fine quality Danburites of excellent transparency. Danburite crystals with top gem clarity are very hard to find from most world localities, and to get 6 crystals at once like this is certainly not common, especially since nothing is coming out of Mogok due to political upheavel in Myanmar. The total weight of the lot is 49.78 grams (248.90 carats).
