Item Description

A dramatic, V-shaped, broad reticulated cerussite thumbnail from Tsumeb. The crystals have classic glassy adamantine lustre with variable off-white to smoky color and striking stepped-growth faces. The RARE 7-8 mm gem, golden-yellow hexagonal, terminated in the interior mimetite crystal and the interior "bridge girder" crystals add much pizzazz. The shorter limb of the V is terminated, while the other is dinged. The small crystals in the interior appear to be pristine.
