Item Description
A highly uncommon and beautiful cerussite on barite specimen from Mibladen (we had previously, erroneously, passed on a wrong labeled locality of Toussit without catching it). The glassy, highly lustrous, yellow-green, cerussite crystals have a distinct bullet shape, especially the large crystal at the end of the sculptural bladed barite matrix. All of the crystals are, in fact, cyclic twins and the large crystal is doubly terminated. The cerussites are pristine. Cerussite specimens of this exotic shape and combination quality came out in small numbers in the 1970s and 80s and are highly desirable. Ex Larry Krause dealer stock. This cutie is valued at $500-600.
