Item Description
Partially gemmy, highly lustrous, trigonal, wine-red cuprite crystals are RICHLY and attractively scattered on matrix plate covered with chrysocolla. The cuprite crystals reach 1.0 cm. A couple of chatoyant malachite sprays amongst the cuprites are a nice accent. This EXCELLENT specimen is from the highly regarded late 1980s finds at the famous Dikuluwe Mine of Zaire. The trivial edgewear to a couple of crystals on the edges of the cluster is certainly not a detraction or is barely noticeable. Ex Don Belsher Collection. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. Valued $900
